Broker
Markets can be volatile and Real Estate is certainly no exception. With over 20 years of experience, Rob has adapted to many changes and has found that two things remain constant; people will always need a place to live, and there is always a way to create wealth in any housing economy.
Rob has been an entrepreneur since childhood. It started at the age of 11 while operating his own both of wares at the Orange Coast College swap meet during weekends. He has always been drawn to the housing market, however, because Real Estate is a unique industry that provides a genuine path to generational wealth while also affording the opportunity to help others.
Throughout his career, Rob has worked in many different aspects relating to the housing industry starting from an electrician’s apprentice, sub-contractor, loan processor, loan officer, real estate agent and then as a mortgage broker, real estate broker, property manager, landlord, investor, trainer, employer, blogger, speaker, property flipper, wholesaler, and business owner.
He has successfully established a mortgage company, real estate brokerage, property management company, flipped properties, built in-fill spec homes and invested in long-term rental properties but says his greatest accomplishment is helping develop people into professionals along the way.
Rob is active in his church, coaches little league baseball and has taught Seminary, Sunday School and served as a boy scout leader and in the US Marine Corp.
